Easy Flow Drainage Solutions is a small Somerset team that combines hands-on drainage experience with organised customer support. Martin, Lewis and Sophie each look after a different part of the job, but they work from the same principle: understand the problem, communicate clearly and keep the next step practical.
Martin founded Easy Flow Drainage Solutions in Bridgwater after years of hands-on drainage work around Somerset. He enjoys the investigative side of the trade, particularly jobs where a recurring blockage has a less obvious cause, and outside work he spends much of his spare time walking sections of the Somerset coast with his spaniel.
Lewis works across blockage clearance, CCTV inspection and repair jobs and is particularly methodical when tracing problems through longer drainage runs. He lives within the wider Bridgwater area and is the member of the team most likely to spend a Saturday morning restoring an old motorbike before heading out for a ride through the Somerset countryside.
Sophie organises bookings, service-area enquiries and the flow of information between customers and the field team. She grew up in Somerset and knows the local towns well, which is useful when coordinating callouts across a wide area; outside work she helps with a small community gardening group and rarely turns down a local food market.
Because we are a small mobile team, communication matters. Sophie gathers the useful information at the first contact, including where the problem is showing, how urgent it is and whether it has happened before. Martin or Lewis can then arrive with a clearer idea of the likely drainage issue instead of starting from nothing.
On site, we try to separate what is known from what still needs investigating. If a drain simply needs clearing, we deal with the blockage and check the result. If the symptoms point to a deeper fault, we explain why a CCTV survey or repair may be worth considering. That keeps customers involved in the decision rather than presenting a chain of unexplained work.
